I hate how cars are getting too obese.

This thread is still open?

while on topic; I hate people that "murder" everything out on their vehicles with 6 different shades of black on different parts so none of it actually blends together.

Off topic; I don't know about you guys but I am waiting for neon lights on cars to make a comeback. I grew up in the F&F Honda days, and as a young teen I always thought it was cool!

I think neon in F&F was a comeback...the minitruck scene in South Florida started that trend in 1990 or so, then it died off once everyone started to body drop. F&F brought neon back in 2001, to the import car scene.

No offence but there are hundreds of cars that from the factory that have red turn signals.

Yeah, I wish they'd stop doing that. Orange blinkers are easier to see. They never get mistaken for brake lights.

Also, this looks like shit:

Already mentioned, but surprised it hasn't gotten more hatred:.

Haha this post (and in general, this entire thread) made me think of this.
If anyone has never seen this, I guess you will either enjoy it, or it will make you pull your hair out with the trends they implement. All of which have been touched upon in this thread.

I remember NFS Underground 2 made me want to become a ricer so bad. At the time with F&F and NFS both out at the same time, I thought neons, bodykits and fart cans were so cool. But thankfully I grew up before I reached driving age and never riced out any car lol

I remember getting pissed off at that game because it made you put all that shit on the car to do certain things.

People remove their quick release steering wheels and then drive straight holding the wheel outside the car. WHAT A BADASS!

Why can't we all appreciate the fact that all these people that mod cars are car enthusiasts. I understand that some people, like the civic with the steering wheel hanging out the window, is stupid. Man I wanna see what would have happened if he accidentally dropped it LOL. But I am honestly able to say that if I don't like how the car is modded, I still do appreciate that the driver is actually modding it, instead of just leaving it stock. Just my opinion!

Modding cars has nothing to do with being a car enthusiast, Many, many car enthusiast never modify anything on their car. They just maintain them perfectly and enjoy driving them.

Modding is an intelligence test that many "Modders" fail.

I still don't get it why so many spend so much $$$ and time ruin their car.

I hate everybody that acts like the FRS/BRZ is the holy grail of automotive history and criticize everybody else who don't treat it like a 6 figure super car. God forbid you don't clean your car every single time with 4 different buckets and $400 worth of cleaning products every week.

It's cool that people are adamant about taking such good care of their own car but seriously... It's a 25k Toyota. Calm down, shut the fuck up, and drive the damn thing.

EDIT:

Also, apparently a large majority of people who have bought this car somehow become DK after never drifting before. Didn't know the car that kind of power. Pretty cool though..
