I think Haru's is like Prairie Sands (Breeder nickname?) Lucky Strike (from his father?) Haru something.

Would have to check the registration that the breeder drew up for AKC for him.

My in-laws had a cat named Pretty Shitty Kitty. It was apparently a mangy stray they picked up. The name changed slightly when my wife was born lol.

My dog is the only one I've ever had that has known lineage. All others have been mixed breed rescues. It's kinda nice being able to go to the breed registry and look up her family tree going back 8 or 10 generations. I also found out that my dog, who I got after she retired from being a brood bitch (not broody, that would be my ex-wife), had a total of three litters, some of them had pups, and some of them had pups. My dog is a great grandma!

My first golden retriever was registered as Lady Honey of Sharon. We called her Fumbles.

edit: Interesting - I looked her up and she is registered with no lineage.
