If your spending 10k$ can get a fully built longblock.
True but even if a common issue with this cars the oil control valve is defective on the early models from 2013 to 2014 causing the camshaft to be over advanced something like that and thats exactly what im facing right now

I generally do not push out of warranty issues. If you had history with the dealer your chances would be greater for them to fight for you. Mechanical things break and wear out. A womb to tomb warranty is not feasible. At a consumer you have to take on some liability also. When it comes to this kind of work you can generally find a less expensive option. Get some rope and a friend. Go pay your bill at the dealer and get your car back. Go find a shop you trust and have them get a junkyard engine. Or as stated above go to performance shop and have them build your block for $10K.

The first generation motor is crap. I got this code and the cost wasn't worth keeping the car.

Mostly 2013. I don't hear many 2014 with this issue.
