ABS module relocation is also going to be started tonight. I need to remove the ABS Module and start getting the wiring de-loomed and split up. Custom lines need measured and ordered. Still trying to decide between trying to bend my own hardline and ordering DOT legal stainless lines.

Warm weather is on its way and I am excited to get this stuff done.

I need to take a caliper and measure the A/C hardlines and see about ordering aluminum tubing in the right size and bending it myself.
How are you activating the ac?

Haven't got that far yet. Might work with current Can Bus device, but I don't have lines so I can't test anything.

Ok.... I picked up a Hydra Nemesis 2.7 a while back. Haven't started my swap process yet. Still have to send my Fa20 wiring to get modified in order to run an Ls motor ($600). Just wandering if you guys figured anythjng new on the MRS in regards to ac as it'll be cheaper for me and easier tunability if I ran an Ls ecm.

Without any vehicle to test with, I'm unable to make any more enhancements to the module, sorry

Keep us posted. I’m very interested in the hydra Nemesis 2.7 also. I’m looking into getting it.

Manifolds came in the mail and Chase Bays canceled my order for their radiator.

Now for the bad Part:

Will need to make a spacer or cut the flange off and weld up a pipe to connect to the Y pipe.

Battery Relocation. Parts got split up, some will be here tomorrow, and the important wiring and stuff will be here Monday.

The base mode c6 manifolds fit perfect. Not sure why you still haven’t done those....

Any main reason for the battery relocation other than heat and weight distribution?

Plan is to move the fuse box up to where the battery goes. I also have an expansion tank I will be putting up there. I want as much room as possible.

Quite a few things ordered today. I will give an update on it here in a few.

So much money spent, but I guess now is the time

Got a message from a friend last night that his boss was getting rid a set of Toys R888 in 285/18. Wasn't sure on sidewall size, but they were almost new.

Went over this morning to look at them, and scooped them up for a steal. Which is nice as they won't last long.

I also got one package from the battery relocation order in.

I also placed the order for the new exhaust system. I think I over-ordered but that better than not having enough.

I ended up placing two ordered as I wasn't sure if I was going to use my single 3" exit, switch to a dual 3" exit, or possibly single 3.5" or 4" exit. @ILLSMOQ helped push me to dual 3". So thats why the number of bends is weird.

14' of 3" Straight pipe.
13x 3" 45 Degree
12x 3" 90 Degree
2x Vibrant 12" Resonators
Magnaflow 12469 Muffler. It's a dual 3" in/out with an integrated X pipe.
4x 3" V-Band Clamps

Hopefully it cuts some of the drone of my resonated straight pipe I currently have. Should also flow a lot more, and free up a bit of horsepower.

I also have some wiring loom in 1/4" and 1/2" to help clean up some of the wiring and aid in the fuse box relocation.

New Black MSD Coil Wires to replace the terrible Holley plugs and the left over red MSD wires.

Moroso Expansion tank to make bleeding the coolant system easier, and clean up the steam port lines.

Does it really matter if the manifold collector is bigger if it's going to be reduced to 3" anyway? I would have gone the easier route with a c6 headers and that manifold design doesn't really scream performance...
