Just disable p050b code it happens with usa rom when you adjust cold start timing it normal does not happen with aussie roms though

I think you can get away with -10 or -8 but if you go to like -4 it post start timing it will throw a code on USA roms, just disable the P050B code its just a emmissions thing.

Yep, this.

I get that code even with much less aggressive cold start timing reduction on E85. You need to disable the code.

You can just open his roms in RomRaider and use the 'copy table' function.
Almost no user error.

I was walking through the steps and when I got to the load limits section, it looks like I don't even have the tables in romraider to make any changes. The only tables I have under Mass Airflow / Engine Load are MAF Limit (Maximum), MAF Sensor Scaling, MAF Compensation (IAT), Engine Load Limit (Maximum), and Engine Load Compensation (MP). I can't find the tables for Engine Load Limit B and C like the screenshots show. I do not have the MAF Correction After Start tables either. Have they been moved somewhere else in the later OTS files from Open Flash? Tried looking at older versions and different ECU definitions but none of those have the correct tables either.

Have to use Wayno's definitions in Romraider for your car. They are in one or two of his posts. Once you do, the tables will be there. I had to download them too.

@Wayno

Firstly thank you for all your hard and useful work Wayno!
Second. I am trying to improve E85 drivability and fuel economy on my '14 Auto BRZ.
I'm copying tables from the "Example maps....." post of yours and have hit a snag.

Using your definitions, I can't seem to permanently copy "Cranking Fuel Injector Pulse Width F (ECT)"

It always shows (When in compare mode) That the file is not the same as yours.???

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Pax

Wanted to add a post here, a wealth of information. Definitely impressive to compile as much as you did. That much have been a pain in the ass to edit inside the forum if you ever needed to LOL

I've used several things like the cold start fix and maf correction for the perrin intake already, but this helped me understand the knocking and how to remedy/what to look for
Cheers!

You have to use Wayno's tables in Romraider to get the other tables.

If you turn the compare mode off (Table > Compare > Off) do the values look the same? It seems some ROM types store values differently, I've seen slight variations before so I wouldn't worry about it. The compare tool will pick up any differences even if they aren't visible. I also think that Romraider will only copy to the same decimal point that it displays, so if the hex value is different it will show as different, but the display might not show any difference.
