ECUTek Error

Anyone else having the issue of ECUTek giving the error "Timeout waiting for batch" when connected via Bluetooth? It gives this error when I bring up the dashboard. Sometimes it works for a while, other times it will error out after a few seconds and go back to the main screen. I get the same error on my phone or the headunit. I couldn't find anything searching through the forums or on google.

it s the obd interface that is losing connection with the pin, common defect of your MY
Try to bend Pins a little or use an extension, they are cheap

Looking at the Dongle and all the pins seem to be straight. There are 2 pins in the center that protrude further out than the rest though... Is that normal?

the problem is not the dongle per se
the problem is the quality of your vehicle 's obd port
It tends to make. this problem, either you fix it someway bending things, or if you have luck an extension is sufficient
Best way is to swap directly the obd Port with a newer one

I'll have to check the port then. Hopefully its just a loose connection that I can fix easy. Thanks for your help.
