ECU Permanently stuck with different CALID after ECUFlash tune?

I have a 2018 USDM manual BRZ, meaning it had the CALID N10C from the factory.

I flashed a WayneROM K00G tune using the appropriate definition and a Tactrix Openport, mistakenly assuming that I could easily flash it back to my original tune if I wanted to.

Unfortunately, it seems there isn't a working N10C definition available anywhere. The ROM and definition I found from this thread do not actually match and the tables are clearly horribly wrong in EcuFlash. Therefore, I can't restore my ECU back to an N10C CALID.

I would like to get my car professionally ECUTek tuned, and I'm concerned that my CALID not matching what it was from the factory is going to cause issues. Do I need to tell the tuner about this as soon as I purchase a tune? Is there a working N10C definition I just failed to find?

Thank you

No need to get an exact definition to write down an image.
