I have a mixed system of 2.5 OP and Mid then 3.0 catbac and it sounds awesome and not too loud at all.
Running OFT Stg2 E85 custom.

Have ordered a FT86 SpeedFactory Catted UEL and might do a vid n sound for here later

I had the 3" resonated system and loved the sound, but my neighbors hatted it. And after a year or so it seamed to get louder. I don't know if the Perrin has some kind of packing in it that burned out? But I ended up switching to a Invidia Q 300 to keep peace with the neighbors.

I just bought a used 2.5 perrin catback but only have the two clamps. Does anyone know if or where I can buy the rest of the hardware to install the exhaust?

You're referring to the V-bands? The other hardware can be bought anywhere, but as mentioned Perrin does sell them.
2 bolts
2 nuts
4 washers (locking if you prefer)
1 2.5", 2-bolt gasket.

Just got a quote from Perrin about the hardware kit. They quoted me $80/which includes shipping. Wouldn't it just be cheaper to find everything at my local home depot or Lowes? Or should I buy the hardware directly from perrin for the $80? I already have the two v band clamps.

Yes, I’d get everything at the hardware store and order a 2.5” 2 hole vibrant gasket.

Would this be the correct bolt for the midpipe to the stock fp connection? https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt...0508/202836080
