I'm sure this is a dumb question but why are you looking for a camber plate for the stock struts?

I'm especially curious because I have the same setup as you - RCE Yellows on stock struts because I was too cheap to shell out $$$ for what I really wanted.

Their material is steel. That's why they are so cheap.
The only problem is their weight. But compared with stock ones it's not a big deal.

Originally I got the RCE Yellow's for the same reason, but I actually have the car dialed in perfectly on them now, all I really need is a bit more front camber. Since the car is already set up how I want it I don't feel that coilovers will be worth what they'd cost considering that I'm still on a budget: I'm already in the top ten percent overall where I autocross, battling with veterans driving supercharged and spec miatas on wide 200tw tries when I'm only on 225 Pilot SS with 340tw (at the moment). I know that if I can dial out just a tad more understeer then my car will shine on 200tw tires next season. I want to go for a FTD or two before I leave.
I guess I got lucky that the springs are exactly what I need for now, plus any non-rising camber plate I get now could in theory be used on coilovers later, or at least sold to cover most of the cost of another set.

Ah I didn't notice that they weren't billet aluminum... Hm I honestly don't mind the weight as long as they have similar-or-better rigidity: I've already shaved a lot of weight off of the to front so I won't mind a pound or two.
Does anyone else have experience with the camber plates @Cole posted? I want some extra extra confirmation that they don't 4x4 the front haha

Eric, I wonder about the spherical joint. How long does that last compared to the stock bearing?

Would you consider/quote a custom design using ACBs?

The spherical should last quite a long time, though it completely depends on use and environment. We use high-quality bearings in our suspension components. OEM unit will last longer but has significantly more compliance.

We cannot do custom components at this time, unfortunately.

Thanks,
Eric

Oh of course! Barring a custom build, I guess I'll have to *cough* settle for your standard high-quality.

F -3deg camber, R -1.8deg camber
1/4" spacer+conical washer (F), 3/8" spacer (R) (as you know, conical washer is slightly thicker than stock.)
No 4x4.

HOLY CRAP that's a gorgeous set up. How does it handle under load!? And thanks for the added confirmation on the no-4x4 status!

Better than front camber -2.3deg that was achieved by camber bolts only. With -2.3, slight understeer feeling. At that time, I had to wait until the car turns.

And even better that wheels are 16". Glad to see someone valuing function over form.

Honestly, if you add camber plates, the change in ride height probably won't be noticeable.

Here's a picture of mine, just for some extra confirmation. Not the best picture, but you get the idea.
