I recently looked into this and there's a lot of info out there about how to utilize a mini fridge for just such purposes. It doesn't seem too difficult at all.

In regards to the work related stuff we were taking about earlier my employer sent this out, "Chase sent an announcement that said, "if you register that you've been vaccinated and upload a copy of your card than you don't have to wear a mask or socially distance anymore. But if you don't than you still have to do all that. ".

Scumbags. fyi, it's a very large nationally recognizable bank

They sell dry aging kits now that you use with a normal vacuum sealer that are supposed to be easy and safe.

I remember watching a video that dry aged his steaks by dunking them in butter. It looked amazing after he was ready to cook them.

The one channel I was watching on dry aging didn't recommend using butter. It had the dry age juiciness and tenderness, but not the flavor. According to him anyway.

Now chili paste, he said that was next level.

I think it was a Food Insider video. Chili would def give it some kick and flavor profile.
