Sad Face

I did not want to comment on this one after all it breaks my "Do not reply to ignorant morons rule". But I see all the other comments and wonder why they bother?

Responding to an ignorant post is a little like complaining about the weather. No matter how much logic you apply, no matter how rational your thoughts, the weather will not change. It will still piss down on your parade. Best to sip your beer, enjoy the aroma of burning rubber and contemplate the meaning of life... but....

I want to say all of this, but it breaks my rule. Aahhhh I can't cope, I need alcohol to stifle my desires, move over Sam Adams it's time.....

P.S. Perhaps we need a new thread on the meaning of life and how owning a twin can gain you full access to nirvana, or at very least some glancing side looks from envious none twin owners.

P.S.S. Did i just just go off the rail or was the rail a little elastic from the offset?

Some people get off replying to troll threads as much as the trolls get off on starting them.

You know that saying about wrestling with pigs? At the end of the day you're dirty, you haven't won anything, and the pig enjoyed it.

If you both enjoy it everyone wins.

Although I can not speak for other I will tell you why I respond to troll posts. It can be fun! There is also the fact that in this particular case (and many like it) there is a history behind the poster that some of us know so we work on that. Trolls can also give some very bad info that some inexperienced guys may fall for so the counterpoint needs to be expressed. Sometimes dozens of times. Oh...And it is fun.
As far as derailing a topic in general goes the rails are not only elastic they are made of Silly Putty.

Neither of those issues are the cars problem. PEBPAS (Problem Exists Between Pedals And Seat).

Wow.....I have owned a bunch of cars and so far maintenance wise, this one is in the running for one of the cheapest. I drive the FRS and my Viper, and for what the FRS is it is the bargain of the century. Is it slower, yes......is it fun, YES

Having the dealership maintain your car for simple maintenance issues (oil/filter? like a 15 minute job, my drive to the dealer would take longer than that and it would not be done to the same standard) is like dropping your SO off with someone else because you're tired/busy/etc.?

Got behind a newer Porsche GT3 yesterday just as we came up to a red light to go right. We stopped and I see him looking in his mirror at me since I ran up on him quick to gawk at his car.
He then made the right really hard burning tires onto a 3 lane road with no traffic in sight and took off. I took the turn just as fast and followed. He let off at 75-80 ish
and I was only a few car lengths back. It wasn't a racing situation obviously since I was behind him to start with but more of a "I have a car that costs 4-5x yours, try to keep up" thing.
Yeah I'm still very happy with the car considering dollar to fun ratio. Not sure how anybody can really call this car slow. So far maintenance has been a couple oil changes and rotating tires.
