I don't think so. According to the picture he posted, it indicates that torque numbers are 158.51nm @ 3795 rpm and 182.05 @ 4047 rpm. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems it is for the most gain of torque not the peak torque.

That is still odd since different rpm.

Even so, one curve shows greatest difference/gain and the other go for peak is kind of odd as well, although the stock torque peak is actually higher than tuned.

EDIT: why is the scaling on the torque curve 0-430 when power is 39-129? Especially when torque never gets over 200? Why not 130 to 220?

anyone have any issues with rattling? just had mine installed with the motiv overpipe and the car just doesn't seem right. getting going from a stop, it seems to have a weird chatter or something at low rpms. then under deceleration from a high rpm, it rattles. anyone have any ideas? i checked the overpipe, and that seems to have plenty of clearance. Also, reving in neutral seems totally fine if that means anything

Are you using the stock front pipe? If so check the clearance of the front pipe. I was getting a strange rattle when I installed the nameless OP/DP and it was the front pipe hitting the passenger tub. My mistake was not loosening the entire exhaust when I had to remove the header so everything was on a bind.

should've mentioned that. i've got a motiv overpipe and catted front pipe. had the front pipe and speedfactory v1 exhaust installed a few months ago, and they've been great. now today i've got the rest installed and it just seems off

Check the clearance of overpipe. If you look down right above ecu, there is some kind of metal plate(sorry its best I can describe) close to overpipe. I had same rattle right after I installed this header. Once the overpipe gets heat up, it expands and made contact with that piece of metal plate. You can see it better from under the car.

Thanks, i had already checked in the engine bay around the overpipe, and i can fit my hand all around it and there seems to be good clearance. Maybe it's just lots of extra vibration that i'm not used to?

It may not be the same reason, but the gap between overpipe and that metal piece I mention is not wide enough for my hand to be in. I will try to take a picture after work today & post it here.

I have pretty much the same setup with no unusual rattling that the car didn't already have. Could be that removing heat shielding/insulation makes it more apparent, IDK.

@h8meh8ers
Here is the photo
Check that area I indicated on second photo.
The gap in the picture is when the engine is hot so over pipe was expanded. When it is cool, the gap is about 1/4". When I had rattling noise the gap was less than 1/8" when cool so when the over pipe got heat up, it made contact with that metal part. Hope it helps

Thanks for the pictures. After driving it some more, I think it's just extra noise and vibration associated with the new setup. Also, like Kodyo said, removing the heat shields could remove some of the insulation from the sound.

The car sounds amazing with this new setup, but I don't think it's for me. As a daily driver, it's way too loud for my taste. Probably going to be going back to the old setup with just the motiv front pipe and ft86-speedfactory v1 exhaust.

Im just glad it turned out to be normal~

Maybe to consider for quieter cat back? As other members claims it sounds really great with Q300 for someone prefers quiet exhaust sound. I have Q300 also and it is quiet even with catless front pipe.
