Yesterday afternoon Microsoft deleted a bunch of really old accounts and made those gamertags available to the public again.

I tried to get FRS but it showed as taken and when I looked up the account it was taken by someone with 0 achievements/gamerscore, no one on their friends list, no games played, and their last login had been 37 min ago so it is clearly an account made to just hold a tag for sale. I think I missed having the gamertag FRS by 37 min

I woulda been so cool on the forums lol

I can guarantee not as much as that person will likely try to sell it for. 3 characters is the minimum gamertag length so they are highly sought after (it's all about looking like an OG) even more so if it is 3 letters. I have a friend who got Pant and one of his friends got HBO and LAN and he is set to make a decent amount of money on whichever one he sells.

The kid across the street from me used to be into buying and selling gamertags and at one point he had 7 three character tags as well as Charizard and Snorlax but he moved on to selling CS:GO weapon skins and makes a lot of money doing that. Gotta find a new inside contact.

Nah that was Vasquez (would never have guessed that one either). Steve is most certainly Asian. Or more accurately of Asian descent.
