More like an “organization”… cuz technically resident can sue “HOA” instead of individual. Once I saw a resume that actually some wrote “President of xxxxxx HOA” lol

I mean, my HOA is actually an incorporated nonprofit business. I just thought it was an amusing analog.

In reality I volunteered to be an indentured servant. One who now has to deal with some idiot from outside the neighborhood who apparently can't read a map and likes to dump stuff on property that isn't his.

Glad you had a safe trip.

@Ultramaroon

We took a trip cack to Saint Louis.

I got sick back there, spent several days in a motel room. They then wheeled me onto a plane back to Seattle.

The next morning ER admitted me to the hospital. A few days later, they wheeled me out to go to "Home Health Care".

Well, I'm back, sort of. I have (had) a bad septic infection of the gallbladder.

I'm pretty much confined to the house under the care of a Medicare home health program. The nurses and physical therapy folks come to our house.

Between them and my loving wife, I'm pretty well taken care of. The antibiotics hopefully are getting this infection under control. Next week I will see the Doctors to see when I can get this drain tube, which is hooked up to my infected gallbladder, removed.

Then schedule the gallbladder removal operation.

Now that gallbladders can be taken out laparoscopically, recovery is much easier. In the 80's, I remember seeing patients with these hughmongus 10" incisions. They were in the hospital for weeks. Now, 4-5 little holes in your belly and you're done. Though, less time for hot nurses

Good luck.

Thanks all for asking.

Best that they can figure out, the sepsis was brought on by a blocked gallbladder duct. I didn't have a fever, just stomach pains, I thought was heartburn.

I haven't been hit this hard since chemo treatment following a kidney removal.

Oh, yes, I will be OK. The team of doctors here at Good Sam are good.

Gallbladder removal is usually a minor operation, however, with my many surgeries in my stomach area, leaving scar tissues and mesh patches, mine will be difficult. They say they may have to use a robot to get to it. Now, what could go wrong there?!

Hot nurses? At my age, ALL female nurses are HOT!

Mrs humfrz is taking good care of me. Love that woman!

The hospital is only 2 miles away in case I get worse.

Later.

Man is the site really slow to load for everyone else?

Hope your recovery goes well Humfrz.

There was something else I was going to say, but I forgot what it was in the time it took for the page to load lol.
