That's what I did in college (New Hampshire). They do work pretty well. My other problem is that my palms were always sweating. I don't have that problem anymore for some reason.

Photos are of me before and after my test drive in the Inazuma I owned for three days.
Inazuma? - a motorcycle?

Owned for 3 days?

What's the - rest of the story?

Held up well so far.

So, I wound up with a Chrysler Pacifica PIH as a rental, it's surprisingly not bad. Comfortable, easy to drive, has enough power to not feel super slow, and it even entertains me on the drive with a neat charge meter for energy harvesting/expenditure. I feel like there's a catch, like somewhere you have to worry about both ev and ice maintenance at the same time, but otherwise I might actually like it. Is this what getting old feels like?

Haven’t been into my old job to do side work in 10 days and how quickly it is a reminder why I left. I spent the first hour sending emails to straighten stuff out hopefully done in 4 more weeks for good.
