Installed a Sparco L360 Steering Wheel with a Splash Hub Adapter. I was looking for something more JDM but I couldnít find anything I liked so I just got a Sparco.

The Splash adapter is supposed to cancel the airbag light, but I think the resistor isnít working so I need to buy another resistor, and I canít figure out how to connect the horn button, but other than those two issues, installing it was pretty easy, and the build quality is pretty nice.

In regards to the steering wheel, itís very nice, I have some visibility issues; I canít see my RPMs from 5-7K but other than that it does itís job, itís just extremely different from the stock wheel, and I just have to get used to it. If I had to buy another wheel again it would probably be the suede version of this one, or an R383.

I donít plan to do anything crazy to the car until my first track day. I would like to see how the car feels somewhat stock, and work my way from there. I will probably just get an oil cooler and install my catback. and wait until then to do anything crazy, like install headers.

Cedricís 10 Series Build Thread

I lied. I installed Tomei UEL headers with help from some friends, and put a Stage 2 tune on my Open Flash Tablet.

I havenít driven it too much so I canít form a proper opinion about them, but so far I really enjoy the tune and the headers.

The tablet is nice, the diagnostics mode seems extremely helpful, and I tried to mount it so it would be easy to see, but wonít look too out of place. I had a friend manage my OBD wire so it wouldnít get in the way of my feet.

OFT Readings after driving somewhat hard.

Iím running somewhat rich, but itís nothing too crazy that I have to worry about it. I donít know what normal oil temps are for FAís, but 199 degrees seems somewhat hot. Iím hoping an oil cooler will fix that issue.

Went to a back road to have fun. The car did well, but my oil temps got up to 231 degrees Fahrenheit. I just ordered a Jackson Racing oil cooler and that should fix the issue.

I have had my oil temperature as high as 250į on the street, I am about ready to pull the trigger on a large oil cooler.

I was going to get one eventually, but I decided just to get one now.

199 isn't hot, you're good. Get an oil cooler if you start seeing 230-240+

Good thing you got some good Mines Rd drives in recently since that whole area is now on fire.

Seriously depressing. My favorite driving road and scenery.
