Wow, although the AVO kit is more what i'm looking for i am very impressed that you tripled the crank hp of the engine with a turbo and no internal work.

So this is a blow through setup, hows the tuning being done? I'm guessing map sensor?

And people thought AP was pushing the limits of this engine...the fact that this engine held that much power just once is amazing. I doubt we will see this particular block much longer though. It is headed to the great junkyard in the sky. Bravo and thank you for testing the limits of the FA20

Will you be keeping it filterless? Or just put a filter directly ontop the inlet of the turbo?

It seems as if the intercooler may be the next limiting factor, as you've already bypassed its horsepower limits by a bit.

Car has over 150 dyno runs from testing a bunch of stuff. I would say roughly..

50 runs @ 250-300hp
50 @ 300-380hp
30 @ 420-450hp
20 @ 480 - 520hp

This is just a guesstimate but, we haven't been nice to this car that's for sure.

Filter will be going on the turbo. This Intercooler can do 550 on E85 for sure.

As long as the intercooler fills the entire opening, im good with it!

Any details on how you guys plan to do this build? Head/cam work? Compression ratio you will use?
