I see. To be honest, I am not 100% convinced with waterless systems. I am not even convinced with rinseless systems either. That's why I've just let my car get dirty since I bought it...

Although, I have rinsed it down with high pressure water, but that's the extent of it.

Nope. Haven't used any wax or anything yet. Just some sealant stuff, I think. Menzerna something. I don't really know much about the specifics of detailing. I just knew it was green and smelled a lot like mint.

Checked the Wheel Directory created by @DarrenDriven but can't seem to find out if 18x9.5 wheels with a +38 offset will fit the STOCK suspension with 245 tires.

Anyone know or got experience with this?

Rear no problem. I'm on 18x9.5 +38 Rota Grids with 255's. I'm 18x8.5 in the front and it looks tight, but doable with the right adjustments. But not 100% sure. Also, I'm only lowered 1".

Here is a pic for reference:

This makes it sound like it would work. Effective offset of +37 with spacer. Says they think it would fit with a 245 or even a 255 w/o spacer. You could always shave the perch slightly as well. Their issue was it sticking out from the fender a bit though and you can't compensate with camber due to limited inside clearance.

This is all just internet fitment theory though. YMMV.

I'm running 18×9.5+38 with 235×40 all around with eibach pro 1in. Drop. Doesn't rub at all..I was told if I go wider than 235 in front with the 18 X 9.5 +38 I need to be on coils. Pics for ref..

Thanks, but this just caught my attention. I noticed you have "Manny" under your user name. Would you happen to know an Armando and Randy? Just curious cuz the two of them are friends of mine from H.S. and we were just recently talking about my car and said they knew someone named Manny with a Blue BRZ.

Haha, yeah. What's up dude! Small world. I met Armando back in the days at SJSU. He then introduced me to Randy. I just kicked it with Armando maybe a month ago. Next time you see him, ask him to tell you the story about how he weaseled his way out of a parking ticket.

HaHa typical Armando. Almost a decade ago him and I tried not having to pay for parking somewhere, forgot what it was, we got into the lot but then got stopped by security. Luckily that security guard was his friend - HaHa.

I went to SJSU also, what did you get a degree in?

Good afternoon! So I got off work at 3pm and walked back to my car which was parked near a high school and as I walked to my car a high school kid was playing with a shopping cart and let it run into my car! And it hit the side of the gas tank ! And now there's a freakin dent!!! Ugh and kid ran away.
