I once chased down a hit & run driver of a stolen vehicle and perp walked him 10 blocks back to hand him over to the cops. Very rewarding experience. Don't try this at home, kids. I was in the Navy at the peak of my fitness at the time.

Reminds me of the time, at age 16, I came out of a bowling alley one night and some kid was under the dash of my 1948 Chevrolet trying to unbolt the radio.

I drug him out from under the dash by his heels and reached down to grab him and he squirmed away and took off running ....... I chased him but couldn't catch him .......maybe I used up too much breath yelling what I was going to do with him when I caught him......

Like @Ultramaroon mentioned ....... don't try this in this day in age. Back then, usually the worst weapon the punk would come up with would be a knife or length of chain. Today, they very well may open up with a semi-automatic weapon ......

You still a tall fella. I'd be scared to mess with you. Then again, you probably have almost a foot on me.
@Cole you might have a better system than I do :o Kinda went form > function with my build... and I'll be online a bit later (I know you are like 3 hours ahead). Not sore anymore so going to hit the gym and buy beer.

Yep, that was an example of "underestimating the enemy". I figured that by banging his head a couple of times on the way out, that would have slowed him down enough for me to get a good grip on him. Then with my steel grip from milking many cows over many years holding him, I would have beaten him senseless with my other arm, which had been made tough by many ah hour tossing hay bales.

Yep, I WAS a lean, mean scrapping machine ........
