So if I go to Toyota, they will do this for me.? I thought it's illegal for dealerships/car shops to work on aftermarket steering wheels?

Do you think you can ask your friend how to know when the clockspring is properly positioned right? I've been trying to figure this out for months. I've tried different resistors, I've ask friends to help, still no fix yet

Clock spring should turn 2 and a half turns each way don't try to spin it past that to hard you will snap the flat wire inside there should be a clear window on the front face of it that should show a orange gear that lets you know it's at top dead center as for the nrg hub I believe you can just set it on without having to spin it around or anything

Sorry, I meant to put nrg wheel and quick release with works bell hub.
So if it's centered, it needs to be 2 1/2 turns each way? I noticed there's a clear window with the orange part in there. That should be on what side once I turned it center ?

On the left if I recall.. I believe the nrg quick release should then just bolt on and your wheel should be straight and light should go off make sure your 2 ohm resisters are both in on the air bag plugs
