No it's actually Full Blown, just trying to flash the base map. It not the software that sensitive to battery volts is the ECU itself. The hardware in the ecu does the "flash" and needs the battery voltage to be stable and correct to successfully reflash the memory in the ECU. The software via the OBD port just tells the ECU to go into "flash" mode and provides the data to the ECU, all the flash voltages ect are provided internally by the ECU hardware which does the "flashing". This applies to any flashing system

Yes I finally just flashed the ecu, you were correct it was the low battery.
