Just ground 9lbs of Chuck steak and pork (love my meat grinder). Starting a marathon meatball making session. Hoping for 48 quarter pound meatballs to vacuum pack in packs of 4 for easy dinners.

I had half a rotisserie chicken carcass (very small one though). So I made chicken soup:



Chicken, lots of carrots, celerie, shallot, green onion, and then a bunch of herbs I had like thyme, rosemary, and sage. Not bad.
