Decided to venture into bread baking. Which absolutely does not help with my weight goals, but baking is something I always had an affinity for. I've made plenty of simple loafs like banana bread, and small things like peach cobbler, cup cakes, muffins.

My first venture is a focaccia. Thinking about topping it with roasted garlic, rosemary, and some type of cheese that I have yet to decide on. Dough has been in its initial rise since yesterday night, to be baked today after consequent rises. Fairly easy so far.

Next one I'll have to master is, believe or not, is biscuits. My first batch had a lot of mistakes like not using the right flour, butter temperature, and I made the mistake to twist as I was cutting, which seals the edges and prevents the biscuit to fluff.

If I don't post a picture later is because the whole thing failed horribly....

Pictures of any failure would be far more entertaining than the success.

This meme was apparently written by the same guy that came up with "fitment"

Business leaders are incented to use longer fancier sounding words... so they make them up or use words with different meaning. Clearly this was written by a middle manager or above. Bigger is better after all.

I highly doubt that "fitment" or "torturrised" were phrases coined by any form of business leader.

As a Senior Manager I have a high level of offendedmentism in your comment!

The fitment of offendedmentism in your sentence structure is very synergistic and is deserving of high congratulatorinisim.

I am afraid that your comment on my sesquipedalianism is just floccinaucinihilipilification even if intended to be honorificabilitudinitatibus.
