I like'em. But their intended purpose has got to be functional.

Not before you spend your money on forced induction or an LS3 swap. With the required increase in tire size a wide body kit can look good. It is functuinal, to a point. But not if you are breaking out some 305 section super sports to handle that beastly 170 wheel hp.

Rice, unless required for performance reasons. But considering you can fit a 265 tire under the stock fenders, a widebody is almost always rice.

Besides, rocketbunny is basic AF these days

Ok so his is how i see it:

Car rocket bunny is nice (With different wing) but rice with the blacked out Toyota emblem.

Nice when its clean, but rice with all the stickers.

Overall I say nice.

I believe mine is 'rice', nothing performance except a filter swap though. I still enjoy how it looks. I'd go with rice just because it's a 'ricey' car, plus I've seen more stock cars (if we're treating them as neutral for the sake of this thread) than any nice ones.

Not going to slam anyone's personal tastes, it's YOUR car. Call me weird, I don't enjoy some of the hate heaped on people for doing what they want/love.

That being said, personally I love the lines and dimensions of the car in it's stock form.

That is the reason why so many don't like it here. ^^^
It frequently isn't.

I have said that about mine many times. If going strictly by the modern accepted use of the word "rice" mine is a text book example.

When Ken Gushi have RB kit on his Formula D is "nice" but when other people put it, it's "rice"? Because it's so call "not functional"?

If they wanna put RB kit on their 200hp NA car w 18x10 wheels, go for it. That's what they wanna do and that's their money. Whatever makes em happy.

Let's face it, 99% of current wide body kit for our car IS for show and nothing functional about it (except 14R60 or STI GT300 BRZ). Yes, RB, Varis and few others do make wide body kit and some shops do uses to race... but is it aerodynamically functional? I beg to differ, so is that make it "rice"? I don't think so.

Side note, wide body isn't only to put wider tires (which A LOT of ppl believes), but it also helps/upgrades suspension geometries. You could have wide body kit with 225 width tires... but that's different topic.

Just my 2 cents

I think the RB kit looks pretty cool. 'Nice' or 'rice' depends on how it's done and presented, like most have already said.
Out of all the RB kits i've seen, this one would be a 'nice' vote from me as it has to be one of the nicest/cleanest; with no fender rivets showing:
