I think people easily forget these parts aren't for daily boosted BRZs when saying it's pricey. These are 9 second race car parts.
The m85 lsd rear can be gotten for for $600-800. 3.73 rear and has held together on is300's with over 600tq. Then all you really need are axles, as the drive shaft is really just a gimmick for gains in the 1/4. If you daily your boosted 86, just go with a m85 and possibly DSS axles. You'll be covered at least to 600hp (axle rated limit), and 600hp is beyond most peoples' power goals on a daily anyway due to the stock trans. |
