Sold

I installed these and drove about 20mins less than 15miles and decided to go back to my STI mounts. Combined with trans mount insert, rear diff collar inserts, and 1pc carbon driveshaft the vibration under 2k rpm was too much for me on my daily driver. Above 2k rpm it wasn’t really different.
My loss is your gain.
Can’t get any newer “used” mounts.

150$ shipped.

Are you NA or FI? I think that would make a difference. If have them when I get some funds I'll take them.

FI, might contribute but definitely the combination of everything else.
I knew the cuscos would add vibration at idle and below 2k rpm and thought I wouldn’t mind but i couldn’t do it. Above 2k rpm it’s not much different. Definitely does what it’s supposed to do.

Just PM me if/when ready to buy if I haven't posted as sold yet.

Heh. I have the new Perrin ones and love the extra racket, especially while redlining it and/or with ac on, but I heard the Cusco might be even more extreme

Perrin is more extreme then STI but Cusco is a little more extreme than Perrin.

I was thinking about going Perrin but read/saw too many stories of failures and the bushings melting because of how close it is to the header and it doesn't have a heat shield like the other designs. This turned me off from ever wanting to use them.

IIRC that was the older design. They released the updated ones several months ago and they look very different

where are you seeing a new design change?
Do you have pictures of old vs new?
When i see the pics of the ones for sale on the websites they look identical to the pictures i see of the melted mounts on the forums.

I have seen those Perrin V2 mounts, I always thought they where an even more solid version. like 1 step down from actual solid mounts. and a much stiffer option than the V1, didn't realize it was the replacement for the V1, I wonder how they compare.

There are some comments on their instagram posts of people asking the same question... TBH I can't remember what the answer was lol
