Wow they really messed up the centre dash. Ugh it makes the whole interior look cheap and crappy looking. Where's the push to start and dual climate control?

@kuruma
Here's the website for you to see the colour they are offering http://www.frs-scion.com/
From what I can see the colours will be almosts the same except we don't have orange and instead got a nicer looking red. The orange might be reserved for the RS

@Username
I can see them giving you and option to upgrade the headlights, seeing how the low spec model in japan has these head lights. The interior though, I don't think they'll let you upgrade that, seeing how even the low spec JDM model had push to start and digital dual zone climate control. I really really hope I'm wrong about the interior though, what we have right now really makes it look cheap. This is what I was afraid of a couple weeks back, but people said we will get the same interior.

Low spec seats are cloth in Japan IIRC, and these appear to match that.

However the high spec seats MIGHT be an option. We will hopefully find out more by/at NAIAS.

I'm glad I decided to skip TMS and this even in favor of NAIAS lol.

Hopefully if there is enough backlash on here and elsewhere about the lost features then Toyota/Scion will at least make them optional.

Whoa, what happened to the climate control switches? No Start button?? The rear seat looks to be of lower quality than in the GT86 and BRZ.

So now the question is how much is it, and how much will the hi-spec version be?

Not on this particular model. Might be an option. Guessing if you optioned out the FRS to meet the BRZ features, price will be fairly close. I bet FRS price will be lower, but will come with less features.

NAIAS is the place to be for info. Wish I could make the trip for it.

I'd guess the Subaru taillights will be similar. The Subaru ones definately have the red on the side as required by US law, and we aren't seeing the silver here because the turn signals are strategically lit in every photo.. except the trunk shot.. you can see the silver there.

Colors look the same (and since Subaru is painting them all that makes the most sense). They are named differently though.. black is "Raven" and similar wonderfully detailed (not) names.
