It’s iust as waterproof as the OEM. The inner piece of the riser is an adapter on the OEM inner piece. This gives the factory flush fitment and stability. I’m also providing VHB tape which will increase its strength but also provide a strong barrier against any water.

With regard to previous posts about logos, would you be happy to provide no logo version riser at a slightly higher cost as an option for those OCDs

Also wondering what would the shipping to Australia Melbourne be like

Cheers,
Brian

For your first question, not at the moment. If I did decide to sell one without the logo, I'd probably make it twice the price. Honestly tho it's so subtle you'll never notice it.

Looks like Shopify is giving me a quote of around $40-$50 for shipping to you, but I'll need to verify it.

if this is a part that people want, then I imagine in no time at all, there will be ones on the market with no logo for half the price.

just look at all the knock-off parts on ebay

I'm not worried - When spoiler decapitations become an epidemic, my logo won't be on it.

I'm truly happy for you. It's awesome to have watched this go from an idea to a concept to full production. But sadly it's too rich for my blood. I'm not dogging the price, you have put a lot of work into this and deserve to reap the benefits. Congrats and good luck!

I'm not in the market for these, but Drambeenie's price is not out of line for risers that actually fit and can be ordered in to actually match your car. "You get what you pay for" is a true adage for a reason.

It really is the quality of materials that make this pricey, because I'm using really great materials. As my first product, I wanted to make sure this would last a long time, have perfect fitment with no issues, and be able to handle all that might be thrown at a rear spoiler.

Side note: If anyone knows about wind tunnel testing software - PM me please! I would love to prove the functionality of the wing

I hope you get a hold of someone that can help you with a wind tunnel .. that way you can make sure the angle that the risers set the spoilers don't mess things up ~

granted its kind of hard .. just angle the rear side higher than the front and that should do it lol
