He's lucky to be getting that price since there are like 10 left in the country.

Take it & run!

Hahaha thanks Veloist. I know with you working at Subaru you would know better than anyone. I just hate how much fees, taxes, etc turn a 26,588 car into 29,5xx like nothing.

Well, I am off to look at the BRZ, barring any shocking news I am probably going to buy it. The catch is, it is an unwind vehicle and thus that's the reason for the low price. 26,588 for a Hyper Blue with 191 on the ticker. I suppose the ~2000 off MSRP is worth the extended 200 mile rental. 29,1xx out the door is steep. Wish me luck.

Just buy it already and post pictures when you're done.

IMHO you can't factor in tax as getting a bad deal. Under 27 for a hyper blue? Jump on it. Move out of commiefornia. Honestly don't know why anyone lives there besides the weather. The taxes, cost of living, gas prices, shitty politicians. You couldn't pay me to live there.

May I ask what you all paid for reference to see if I can gain more leverage. Or have I reached the apex. Thanks.
I got mine for 3k below invoice based purely off the fact that it was on the lot for months, and even had scratches around the car even though it only had 40 miles on it. Find stuff to hit them on and ask for either a discount, or accessories to compensate. I got a rear diffuser on mine

So.. firstly I want to say thanks for the constant helpfulness from all of you... I am now the proud owner of #631! @Veloist please add me to the Registry! My name is Jordan. I live in a suburb of Los Angeles County but for all intents and purposes, I live in Los Angeles. I plan to use this car as my everything, DD, pleasure vehicle, possibly track and canyon carver. Many ideas and mods in store but patience will be key. If interested you can give me a follow at my IG: Jordan_Silveira.

Congrats man! Maybe we will cross paths sometime.
@Veloist Nice job on the list. I have VIN 476 now, if you want to update it.

Hey Vesartis! Thanks so much! I definitely would like that. I have only seen one HyperBlue BRZ in the wild, and it was in Norwalk/Downey. I am definitely down to go cruising sometime if there are any fellow So Cal members here!

SoCal here, the majority of HyperBlues are in California, I've yet to see one although I'm one of the only BRZs here anyways so that makes it even more rare lol. I live in Ventura County, about an hour north of LA.
