Thanks for the answer! I hate to break it to you, but you will continue to get re-posts of the same question no matter what you do. Each persons suspension will be different, hence the desire to get validation for their own vehicle from others who are way more experienced in this specific trade. Not to mention I myself am a visual learner, so I am trying to picture where exactly this will happen and the long-term detriments of it. More-so I didn't fully understand why everyone was opting to go 2xx/35 vs 2xx/40 until the other shoe dropped for me. But thanks for the advice nonetheless!

the recipe doesn't change because the parts names change, thats why we post alignment and fitment specs. as for the tires, i can understand where its confusing. just remember that the second number is an ASPECT of the first number. so a 265/35 will be smaller sidewall than a 265/40. (for example when i ran meaty fitment on my sti, a 275/35 had the same diameter/sidewall as a 245/40 due to the aspect ratio. on these cars if you want meaty fitment on an 18' you should do 265/35 (or 255/35 if tires run meaty) or on a 17 i would do a 255/40 (for the super meaty sidewall look). |

265/35 MPSS
18 in x 9.5 Square Setup Volk TE37's MCA Coilovers Some negative added on front and rears through lowering and alignment. No rear LCA or camber bolts etc upfront. Would have loved to go lower but can't. Full lock I have rubbing up front with the coilover but not the fender. Rear right tyre is rubbing against fender on big dips at speed. Not rubbing the lining though. I wonder if stiffening the dampers/springs would help? Car handles extremely well on the ends. Very comfortable ride overall and still loses traction in first. Finally got it all together.
Specs: Wheels: Titan 7 T-S5 18x9.5 +40 square setup Tires: michelin pilot sport 4s 255/35r18 Suspension Parts needed for build: Coilovers: Tein flex Z (at factory shipped height specs.) LCA’s: SPC adjustable lower control arms Rear Toe arms: SPC toe arms I ended up needing rear toe arms to correct the toe as the factory specs didn’t allow me to. Just a heads up for anyone running this type of setup. The drop is approximately .8 inches all around, and there is no rubbing that has been noticed yet. Atleast none on full lock. Shout out to @Leonardo, @Jive Turkey, @JoeC and @CSG Mike for being patient enough to work with me / help me understand.

So the stock toe correction left me a difference of 1.5 degrees in the back, and I did not get the toe kit with the SPC LCA's. However, the toe arms remediated the toe issues, and they are both at like .08 degrees.
