I like the rear of this car much better than Toyota's.

THe blue one seems a bit more realistic since they are using some more well known subaru traits such as the blocky fenders and the famous subaru grill. The drawing looks more like an MG then a subaru to me. Im still not sure about this partnership resulting in two nearly identical cars roaming around the streets, it will be a little odd. But I guess unique wheels and unique colors between the two brands will help set the cars apart more.

Oh man, that things been around for a while.. if I remember correctly it started popping up right before the Impreza got its redesign, people were claiming it to be the next WRX STI

I like the fenders on the scooby, hopefully that makes it to production.

To me, it looks like that picture could have been part of the inspiration for the FT86's front end. The way the lines start at the bottom of the radiator opening and swoop upwards on either side looks quite similar. That's what shocked me when I first saw this picture, it looks like it COULD be the subaru version.
Even the spoiler is similar to the one on the Nurburgring test mule, with multiple vertical dividers spanning the width. all just coincidences? |
