Sick looks simple and clean. Nothing like a good 10 spoke wheel. What made you go with the Revel coils? Love the stickers too lol

Finally decided to throw some quick, easy mods on to change the car up. Went for headers, over pipe, cutback, rear lower control arms, camber bolts front and back, coilovers, ecutek tune, rays wheels, front lip, and rear diffuser.

Indeed. I was pretty set on the gramlights 57dr for a while and before that gunmetal RPF1's but then I realized how common they are lol. When I was putting the tires on the guy at the shop was saying that most of the wheels they work with were usually one or the other

Went with the Revels because I got a good deal for them, $925 shipped brand new and it even comes with endlinks. Friend also runs them on his civic si and has good things to say about the coilovers. Was thinking of the Tein Flex A too but the deal on the Tanabe was just really good.

Honestly the Flex A's are a better deal. They perform well for their price and have hydraulic bump stops which is very nice on a car that has limited travel like ours. Especially when lowered.

How much does the hydraulic bump stop actually do in daily and spirited driving compared to your ordinary coilover? So far these have been treating me pretty nice on the streets of LA, except for roads that feel like garbage even on a stock setup.

Quite of bit as the car is into the stops a lot.

If you are happy with your setup be happy with them. I'm just pointing out less money doesn't equal better deal. I've ridden in a lot of twins with a lot of different setups and on my my second set of aftermarket coilovers myself. The FLA's are pretty nice for the money.

Both are great wheels, but yeah pretty common. Same with the WedsSports.

You can get the Flex A’s for $912 with free shipping from Evasive which isn’t too bad of a deal. Revels don’t sound bad though. As long as you’re happy with it

Drove it a bit. Went to take care of a couple errands and took the long way. Really nice Sunday drive with no traffic. Came up on another white BRZ with an exhaust and an aggressive backfire tune. Got up next to him and gave him a 🤙 and he just took off lol

Honestly, embarrassed to drive it with the fucked up bumper. Eager to get that fixed this week.

Every day feels like a Sunday drive with this whole Covid-19 thing going on . At least in CA, don't know what's happening in Texas.

Yeah you’re right lol Work schedule got tweaked to where I go in a bit later and get off a bit earlier and I love the drive there and back. Just like nice Sunday cruises

Traded out my Cusco gas pedal for the SRP one, and installed an SRP heel plate to protect my $40 eBay floor mats.

Is that may safe to use?

The heel plate? It’s bolted to my floor mat so it’s not going anywhere.

I guess there’s a chance your heel could get stuck pressing a pedal but I don’t think that’s likely.

Edit: just realized you were probably talking about my floor mat. There are rubber spikes on the bottom so they don’t move around nearly as much as oem. Also there are the 2 locking tab holes
