No*

*it could be done, the costs involved are not worth it. IIRC, the immobilizer system in the keyed cars involves the instrument cluster, ecm, and key reader on the ignition. Whereas, the immobilizer of the push start cars connects the ecm, electronic steering lock, and start button. The parts are all linked together and need to be replaced simultaneously. Used components can not be mixed between vehicles. In addition, you will need the door handles with fob sensors, interior fob sensors, trunk release, trunk fob sensor, door and trunk lock cylinders, and key fobs.

if you are mcguyver, you might be able to rig something where you relocate the key switch under the dash with a key left in it to defeat the immobilizer and install a momentary switch and relays to start the car, but then anyone could steal it by pushing the button and driving away.

it's easier to replace the car. you at least need a full, running donor vehicle for all the harnesses, and parts you'll need.
