Rebranded Intecs I'm betting. Meaning, Coplus is selling under the Morimoto and FT86SF labels now.

They may be rebranded products, but if Morimoto is willing to put their name on them, they must have really good optical performance.

I have them (intec) and imo you should ONLY get them for the sequential turn signal. The oem headlights had a better color for seeing at night and had a wider beam pattern. Also the intecs are full led whereas these are bixenon like the oem headlights. I really liked the oem headlights save the halogen turn signal

I've been looking at the coplus/intec vs these morimoto units and at first I thought the same thing (rebadged units) The setup is identical, but I'm seeing a difference in the DRL strip as well as the actual projector. I may be wrong but these actually might be their own unit. Possibly a v2 of the intec? Maybe they had them tweak some things for their version? Either way I'm really interested in these.

It seems like plastic molded pieces have been made available to other companies. FT86SF says theirs is based on Intec's but they did their own thing with the internals. It sounds like Morimoto did the same.

SpecD's don't come with lights. That's why they're so cheap. You have to provide your own. From what info I've gathered their quality control is hit or miss. Haven't heard the same from Morimoto or Intec, at least with regards to headlights
