i like these guys so much i bought their previous album hardcopy to support them
Love Ben Duerr. Him and Alex Terrible from Slaughter to Prevail are some of the top vocalists out there. Excited for their new stuff.

droppin plates may be my fav from the sickness

change my mind

im not saying theyre the greatest ever, obviously "the joshua tree" is a better album, but in terms of my personal favorites.

Hybrid Theory could be my #1 IMO.

But you are not wrong about the others

I've been trying to dig for more alternative rock lately since that's my main genre but I'm never really happy with anything from it in the past 10-ish years, since nowadays it winds up mostly being another sub-genre for regular pop. I prefer the more rock-y/punk-y/emo-y alternative rock.

One I've been listening to quite a bit is Jimmy Eat World's latest album from last year, Surviving. Probably one of their best albums compared to the previous couple (since Futures).

Also been re-listening to some classic The Offspring stuff.

Recently just went through some random playlists on Apple Music and found:

* The Ransom from Cartel (never heard of it till now but apparently it's from 2000)
* Swing from Taking Back Sunday (who I was never super into in the past but this song isn't too bad)
* Push from Stand Atlantic (also never heard of before, reminds me of a mix of Sleeping with Sirens and something else I can't quite place)

Also finding some 80's stuff that I didn't necessarily know about. I guess it's "pop" but I kinda like the 80's poppy rock stuff as well.

Like:

* Heaven in your eyes from Loverboy (I think this was in Top Gun IIRC?)
* Head Games from Foreigner

Also been listening to a bunch of eurobeat on mountain drives. Not ashamed to admit it's my guilty pleasure. Which is kinda sucky because if I ever want to share dashcam videos of my drives, I have to either admit to it or remove the audio, which is sad since the exhaust notes don't get to be heard either.

I Prevail or Halestorm? More metal, but might be up your alley?

I can check those out. I'm not a huge metal fan but more open to trying new things these days than I used to be.

I would throw in Beartooth and newer Of Mice & Men too. Maybe Breaking Benjamin

Depends on what you’re looking for, but you won’t know till you give a different bands a shot.
