Car was getting sanded last week. Should be about 2 more weeks before its all done. I miss it so much already... Kinda glad I haven't seen that many FRS/BRZs around since it just makes me sob haha.

On the positive side, I will have a brand new paint job!

Yeah they are awesome they built my 500whp EVO X time attack machine, my S14.5 drift car and R35 GT-R Highway Monster.

The Evo X was built and tuned by JMS on a stock bottom block. The car received nothing but abuse from my part on the track and was always a blast to drive pretty reliable too for a stock block i sold her with 23k miles and it was still pulling strong. I still cant believe i sold it .

Yeah they built my EVO 8 as well after the stock block spun a rod bearing. It was only at 350whp running on e85 but it was a blast to drive. A couple months after the build I got hit by a lady driving an accord who ran a red light so it ended up being totaled, and thats the reason why I now have an FRS. Otherwise that EVO would still be my car pushing alot more power. No regrets though and i'm happy with my FRS

I got the clear JDM OEM Toyota branded sidemarkers from Nigel @ $100 shipped. Used amber Sylvania #194 bulbs from Walmart (better price than AZone) and ambers are barely visible when turned off.

Agree w/jimbobrand....these appear to be a good alternative:

Ditto...and if you do get those, pls post up some close up shots of the clear housings including the rear side showing the mounting clips. The OEM units are known to be a bit delicate and the plastic around one of the spring clips will break if the unit is forced out incorrectly. Could be these are better than the OEMs ??? inquiring minds need to know!!!

I have a question for you fine folks. I am looking to get my car tuned. Does anyone know of any shops here in San Antonio that can do that or will I have to go with one of the options here on the form

Go to Joe at Dynotronics. He is the best local tuner for these cars.
