So I should be really worried/concern about this "Trunk Liner" coz I have passengers in my trunk at all times right? this is like one of the things I wouldn't be worried about at all. never have never will...

I list a hood liner in the Toyota catalog, so I would think if it doesn't come with it, you can order one relatively easily. Probably under $100 or in that range.

Just sayin'.

Since this topic is being beat to death does anyone know the distance from the back end of the trunk to the top of the rear seats if they are in the down position? I'd like Weather Guard like product for the whole area for my pooch. Also if someone knows the width at the narrowest point (I assume it would be where the trunk transitions to the seat back area.:happy0180:

Double facepalm; one for the fact that this thread was created, the other for the fact that it made it past two posts.

What I find really funny is that things like the band aid fix for the rack and pinion that's too short (as mentioned in the moto iq write up) didn't get a single post, let alone a thread. That rack length is going to cause bump steer issues if anyone replaces the front control arm bushings with either urethane or bearings. The band aid fix was to use bushings that will deflect to offset the bump steer.

But two square feet of carpet in a place that most people would never notice it and will make absolutely zero difference to the driving experience or the safety of the car is enough to warrant four pages of bickering.

Sad guys.

But it's that knowledge that you have a trunk liner that will make you go faster....

Wow a $25,000 car that comes with floor mats but no trunk liner? WTF? LOL!

Wow a $25,000 car that comes with LED taillights but no HID headlights?

I guess scion had to cut corners somewhere to get to that magical $25k price point.
