I got some awesome photos from NJMP Thunderbolt when I was there with NASA. I also brought home some exhaust issues. A crack formed in the front pipe over the the course of the track weekend. Nothing a little TIG time can't fix. I may just trade it in for a non-resonated version tho. I have been looking for a little more volume.

Great pictures. What kind of front pipe is that?

Invidia catless resonated front pipe. To be fair to Invidia, it has been on there since 2014 and sees about 15-20 track days a year. There are no bad feelings.

In my opinion that's no reason for a failure like that. I've put exhaust parts through much more than that without failure.

You take the hits as they come I guess. I have never been upset when something breaks on my car bc of the way it is treated. I'll weld it up and throw it back on until I can replace it with a non-resonated version.

Thank you! I see you are from Poughkeepsie NY. I am an instructor with NASA Northeast. Throw some quality brake fluid in your car and sign up for an event! I will be at all the events other than Lime Rock and Pocono.

Thats great! I'm gonna be at Poconos for sure August, and maybe the two NJMP days later in the year. Registration says its closed, but idk if that is because its too far away or cause the drivers list is full lol. I sent them an email to find out. I'll make sure to let you know if I'm at those events. Unfortunately I can't do watkins glen cause its on M, T, and I just started a new job. So no PTO until Dec.

I have some raw video from my first time at Pitt Race last weekend. My fast lap was a 2:03.1 on the last lap of the video. Before the last turn I had a 2:02 predicted lap time. You can view my frustration as I miss my mark and take it out on my steering wheel. lol
