Did Euro and JDM trunk garnish in the same place?
I am not sure that is the angle issue or not. It looks different for me.><
Thanks.

Trunk garnish is the chrome piece on the lower part of the trunk. That's EDM.

JDM is the bumper cover sticker that's been available for a while.

I would love to get my hands on the EDM pieces...

Did you figure out how or where to buy these EDM accessories and ship to US?
Thanks.

I got the Sill Plates off ebay.co.uk from Mike here. He's a real cool guy and easy to work with.

Why dont you get the edm part numbers and order them at your local dealer? Should work.
See www.subaru.de for the Zubehör pdf and try.

Thanks a lot for your information.
The sill plates look very cool. Does this direct tape on original silver (aluminum) parts or need to remove
the aluminum one first?
How bad is the shipping fee from UK to here?
Thanks again.

Yep, they just stick-on. Shipping was $15us. I got them to satisfy the inner ricer in me. They are basically the exact same as the Impreza part here.

Negative ghost rider. If this was the case we would be able to order all of the existing world market parts ie Japan, Europe, Australia, etc..

If I gave my Subaru Parts Dept other market part numbers nothing would happen in our system.

Yep. The biggies - Honda, Toyota, Nissan, etc can have the same part numbers populated in their respective systems around the globe. They can prolly all communicate as well to some degree.

Subaru of Japan, Europe, Australia, America are all seperate and don't carry-over.

I go to check my car very carefully and I am confused again.
There is not too much room between the bottom line of the license plate and the bottom of the
trunk. Additionally, the trunk panel looks like one vertical side wall. Please refer to the attachment.
However, the EDM picture looks a lot of room below the license plate and curvature shape
on the lower part of the trunk.
I feel that the EDM one should on the rear bumper.
My eyes might have serious problem.
I am totally confused now.><

What you're failing to see is that the EDM license plate is longer, but THINNER than the North American plates. Therefore the chrome garnish will look squeezed on Northern American cars. And there is no "curvature". It's just the angle of the camera plus editing. The spacing is because of the different license plate designs.

Does that mean trunk garnish will not match well (or not look good) on the
USDM one?
By the way, I saw they also has carbon fiber look trunk garnish.
Thanks.
