Oh well.

I'm guessing maybe my next door neighbor had the actual issue and maybe the ants I had came from there.

I counted 0 ants in my bathroom today, and that was before the exterminator guy was even here.
Well, it used to be a common scam in California for the ant exterminators to spray one apartment with ant repellant, then the ants would just move to the next apartment and so on. Did the exterminator leave his card at your door?

Out in the suburbs, they would run the same scam with racoons -

Well, yesterday I made the mistake of going grocery shopping at Walmart. I didn't realize that mid morning on a Wednesday would be such a BIG shopping day (why aren't these people at work or at home, schooling their kids?) -

There are wildfires all around our town (literally), but there is just a lot of smoke here and we have power. Maybe the folks from the surrounding towns had just come here to shop -

Anyway, I spent over $300 on stuff (AT WALMART!) and I didn't buy any meat, booze or paper products -

So, today I made the mistake of going to Costco to buy paper products. Shit! The line to get into the store stretched on for about 100 yards - and it wasn't moving. Screw that, I went back to Walmart, at least I could get into the store!

So, I came home, fed the "shut in" school age granddaughters lunch ...... and took a looooooooong nap.

"SD" doesn't stand for 'social distance'. it stands for 'slowing down'.

the restaurants that have a drive through generally have shut down indoor dining(so they're now serving half the line as they did before), but have made the drive through operate at half capacity somehow...

Can you imagine how big the gap in education is going to become when everyone is homeschooled... You're going have some huge geniuses and some f* retards! Like it's going to be painfully obvious who spent quality* time educating their kids. I also wonder what the town is going to waste all the tax dollars on instead when there are no school buildings or buses anymore...

Random Thoughts - Part Deux

Everyone left at 9am because they say it is too smokey in the warehouse to work. I have been trying to clear it but there is no "clear" source to draw from so it has been a futile attempt. Calling tomorrow a no work day too. Funny that they would complain, half of these guys I have to make wear safety glasses when they are cutting something. Guess this gives me a reason to clamp down even harder on safety violations.

Our “smoky” warehouse.

PSA: 200HP IS NOT ALL THAT BAD

My old man just bought an 81 Pontiac trans am. I did some googling obviously before asking him, the stock turbocharged v8 put down 210hp. Then you take in to consideration loss of 1ph per year, its 40 year old, so new number is 170, it probably dynos at 120wheel 😂🤣. I'm super stoked to drive it tho, u know I'm gonna have to rip a butt and put on hurricane by scorpions

So just remember that in 81 a turbo v8 was putting down 210, think about that next time you want to complain about 195 in a 4cyl NA

Never mind the 345lb-ft of torque, doesn't matter

The updated Motorola Razr was debuted and I'm actually excited about a phone for the first time in nearly a decade. I might get one despite the stupid cost.

Just don't smash the ants when you kill them, because doing so will release their pheromones which will attract more ants.

They will convert them into homeless shelters for all the people who can't find work because they weren't educated -
