There are a few of those at my gym that make the blood rush to the wrong area.

There is a group that works out together from 5am-6am, and then a couple that come in to work with trainers at just after 6am.

For starters less work. Since 2018 I've had 2, 40+hour full-time jobs. My main workplace gave me The 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years off. 0 personal days, 0 vacation and 0 sick days. So going back to one place of employment and taking some time off is a huge change already.


If not coke. Probably can loose the weight faster that way too.
I'm down to $30k on my mortgage... I want to squash it so bad.
