Here is a HUGE announcement for the project.
I have been working on this for a LONG time. Lots of R&D. Specifically made for the 86 Chassis. Bolt on plug in play.

200whp is a little more attainable than you might think. A catless header and an E85 tune will get you to 200whp. And you can obtain that for as low as around $1000

As for stroke I have something special planned for the crank. I will know once it is looked over. and it will be cheaper than HKS
What would happen if you bored the Darton sleeves out to 90mm but used the 89.5mm gaskets? Is the 0.5mm difference that significant? Can the gaskets possibly be machined to 90mm as well?

The Cometic MLx gasket uses a folded over center layer like HKS's Stopper Gasket for better sealing and less bore distortion. Cutting it away would make it fall apart. Using a 89.5mm bore gasket on a 90mm cylinder would result in the gasket hanging in and glowing red hot pre igniting the fuel. This would be bad

I also plan to cross country in the frs so until there is more of them around (probably within the next 10-20 years) becomes more of a common fuel than a specialty fuel sort of I will just stick to 93 octane which is like everywhere for the most part
