Sounds like a badly worn throw out bearing on your clutch assembly but that wouldn't have anything to do with your fuel pump.

The history is the clutch always smells burning even when I double clutch. I told them it was the throwout bearing but because this involves tranny labor and it's under warranty they are avoiding but now with this video they have to step up. Aside from the sound which is only in start up and the burning clutch nothing else is wrong. Shifts fine not burning thru more gas this normal no clutch slipping nothing unusual.

When they replaced the fuel pump , they might have reset the ecu , which will put it into learning mode.
When mine was put into learning mode , it took about 200 kms to regain throttle response and consistent idle. |

I don't know what the hell that is. If it's the throwout bearing you will feel it in the clutch pedal. Do you?

Wow, see this is why I keep my stock fuel pump (orig. 2012) and not let dealerships mess with my car. Everything is fine. They never fixed the chirping on any of their revisions anyway.

I did the clutch adjustment. And have heard that may cause issues. But again clutch gas and brake pedals all feel absolutely normal. Throttle response is fine. Again no clutch slipping whatsoever.

Not to second-guess your work so, respectfully, are you absolutely certain the clutch master cylinder is releasing (extending) completely when you let go? If you look where the rod goes into it, does the little ball come all the way back to the hard stop?

That is 100% throw out bearing. Stop wasting time and throwing ideas out there. Ecu relearn? Seriously? It's the throw out bearing rattling around. When the clutch fork presses against it it can't rattle anymore. I've replaced a few already. It could also be the throughout bearing retainer clips are broken and it's spinning around wildly. If you pull the inspection plate or the dust boot off the transmission you can look in and see.
