How long should I wait before going from 1 day a week to 2?

Pre-covid year I was going 4-5 days a week. After leaving the Army in Feb 2021, went to 3, and even 2 sometimes. So I'm basically getting back on track after almost a full years without constantly working out and watching what I eat.

Well listen to your body because it's easy to overreach. And that inevitably leads to overtraining syndrome.

Welp, this is going to be a little tougher than I expected. Weight today was 217 LBs. I feel a little leaner. More drastic changes on diet might be necessary.

Lol I know, I know. Perfect scenario would be to track my macros and what not and measure food intake. But last time I did that I ended up hating it.

Laziness is demonic, especially when I'm hovering around my target weight.

I hate tracking food intake and calories. I have to sit down and type in ingredients or try to guess what is close enough but store-bought. Not worth it. Though just taking a photo of every meal isn't too bad.
I guesse we only have a few hundred recipes we usually cook, maybe I should turn them into qr codes...
Nah.
Gut is finally seeming to work more normally. New low achieved at 126 flat. Super stressful week may also have played a role. Didn't get the usual exercise time in. This week is vacation so let's see where it goes. This feels a bit low.
