Great review. I'd mention that the "best of the best" is subjective, and you can technically order a base level 86 with the PP, at least per Toyota's website, and skip out on the Hakone green, while getting the sachs and brembo's.

When do we get Tcoat for his 箱根 "HAKONE" photoshot. @Tcoat we demand one & congratz.

Due to Corona Virus, Visiting Actual Hakone isn't recommended

But here is a link HAKONE TRAVEL

Well that picture does clear up the question of why the green colour for me. Even on my screen the trees show the same mix of greens the car does in the sunlight.

I flew directly over the top of Mt. Fuji in a P-3 once. Shot a roll of film from the cockpit. I should find those negatives and scan them.

I flew directly over the top of Mt. Fuji in Google Earth 100 times I should run one more time and walk-climb to the top using the street view feature again.

Had a quick visit on a month long trip back in ’88, had a stopover in the town on my way from Tokyo to Kyoto via the Shinkansen, really beautiful contryside but it looked like a 2nd rate tourist town… The plastic swans in the lake did not overwhelm the beauty of this place and Mt Fuji lurking in the background. Would love to go back!

Any funds you can forward to me would be welcome to get me back there!

Yep. Back when they first announced it as a Japan only SE.

If you are talking about the one pictured then it isn't. That was something he changed. Same shift knob without the red stitching
