Found out 3 things.
1. Bayson R side skirts are flimsy (reps are crappy?!? shocking) 2. I am an idiot. 3. Quarter panels are attached to pinch welds.

Wait were you installing or removing them? I've thought about picking these up but if they're a hassle I might pass.

This is on stock ride height. The 3M provided isn't great, suggest you purchase proper 3M double sided, clay bar, and be overly attentive.

Not all today, but... added motor mounts (just did STI since we also road-trip in this car,) changed oils, and did a general inspection. Good I did - found one of the band-clamps on a rear coilover had broken leaving the remote loose! Also have to reset ride height - most was a ~3mm change, lowest was ~1mm (~3500 miles including a whole pile of AutoX) but turns out that's easy to fix even with everything on the car. I'll have to keep a closer eye on that. Brakes and rotors are all set to go, cleaned and painted some rust spots on suspension connector stuff (subframe etc.) I'm glad I can just leave the car up on stands for a few days, because the motor mounts took an unexpected extra 4 hours and I had to source the band clamp, so I'm not quite done. Fun stuff, almost. Except those motor mounts!

I've been back and forth on if I want to sell this thing so I took it for a drive to twisties. Burned half a tank of gas from full in two days. It was worth it. Had a shit eating grin all the way up and down.

Added 10 HP by putting stickers on my car. Got the Subaru BRZ badge overlays from JDMfanaticVinyls (front and rear emblems, steering wheel emblem) in red with silver stars. Adds a little touch of colour besides my red wheel center caps and red 'S' trunk badge to my otherwise monochromatic DGM car. The badge overlays are great quality, inexpensive, and easily removable should you change your mind.
