So please confirm that you can successfully upload maps to your tablet and then flash them your ECU successfully by following the instructions If you have any suggestions with regards to the instructions, please let me know. If all is good, I can post up the definition files tomorrow so you guys can start playing around with the maps!

Looks like the file names I used were too long so they weren't uploading to the server. Should be fixed now. Try again... sorry!

So i downloaded my map, uploaded the stage1 stock airbox map, and wrote it to the ECU. Started it up and let her idle for a bit per instructions. Definitely more peppy. Launch control is nice, although set a bit too high for my liking but you can adjust it. One thing that is very noticeable is the gas-peddle feel. There seems to be a bit of a dead spot for the first 1cm or so. I almost stalled because it was that different from stock. @shiv@vishnu is this normal?

Otherwise I am very pleased so far. I have a header back exhaust so I am waiting for their OTS stage 2 map. so far just the stage one maps are available for download.

I just reset my ecu after an intake swap and have that same pedal feel so it's probably just the learning period. See how it feels with some miles on it.

I think there is some throttle position adaptation that needs to occur after every reflash or ecu reset. Basically the ecu needs to recognize the TPS voltage that represents 0% throttle. Doesn't take too long for it to sort itself out though. All it needs to record is minimal TPS voltage during a drive cycle.

@Rombinhood@OpenFlash,
Is there a rough timeframe for support of non-US cars? (Mine is ZA1J700G)

Do the maps online include the fix which protects the DI seals?

Thanks in advance and look forward to purchasing it (once support for my car is confirmed).

That's how it feels when you re-set the ECU and it has to go through the learning process again. It could be the same and will go after a few days?
Throttle delay.

Excited to give this a shot when 6AT comes. Keep up the great work, and can't wait to hear the user feedback!

Throttle delay.
This, happens after every reflash. Give it two drive cycles and it will work itself out. If it isn't gone after about an hour or two of driving time, then you can start worrying about the map... Maybe

This all sounds very reassuring to use. You don't need a laptop and if you stuff it up loading the new map you can go back to the stock one. I have the start button on my GTS and assume I turn the ignition on by pressing it without my foot on the clutch?
Can we save the stock map to our computer in case the tablet craps itself, for a belt and braces type reassurance?

yes, that's step one of this whole process

There was lots of talk about Ecutek not being visible to dealer inspection but it wasn't convincing. Is this obvious to a dealer ECU check, either with the modified map or the original map replaced?
