From what I understand, the MPG sweet spot is a 60-62 mph 6th gear highway cruising speed with very little variation in a engine load. This is why I get 20 MPG on e85

Sounds like magic. Do you think it's because you don't need to WOT anymore?

Could be space magic. But I think the engine isn't under load as much when passing etc. sounds crazy I know but I'm getting better mileage.

Right. Driving in fun way doesn't exactly net best mileage. I know that i can easily shave off few mpgs .. but i won't. Resistance to temptation is too weak.

I asked last week and they said probably by Monday. Asked 2 days ago and they said that day (Wednesday) or Thursday. Not sure what's happening.

It's possible it's due to the wiring harnesses. Shiv needed to make some for our cars. He definitely had the procedes though.

With the procede, are you noticing any chance of running out of juice with spirited street/higway driving? I imagine while cruising the energy draw for the ESC is minimal. But just curious.

No issues. Went over the grapevine (large highway mountain pass) and it didn't have any issues.
