Diffuser looks stock.

Top comes off, but not easily. Owners manual says you can do casual street driving with it off, but no track.

The dealer website actually checks out, but the last time I saw something that sketchy looking it was asking me to log on using credentials for Outlook, Facebook, Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, or Apple to obtain a file from Dropbox.

but here's the thing. My tenant's lease is up in October. She mentioned when she was applying for the place that she's rather buy it and if she did she's save a couple hundred a month or break even owning it. But even if she didn't and I was able to sell it for $5K less than what those sites estimate the value at I'd make enough to pay off all of my debt and have a nice bit left over to invest or save for something later.

# Decisions.
Well, echo419, I have found the Zillow algorithm to be fairly accurate, especially in high population areas with lower to mid priced houses.

However, your best evidence is to have a professional appraiser, appraise the property to establish its estimated value.

The next best evidence would be to have a real estate broker/agent, in that area, do a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to establish the properties fair market value.

The most accurate value is what price a seller and a buyer agree upon and the sale closes.

With all the information on the Internet, you can conduct your own survey, using comparable properties. Just be sure that your comps consist of just like properties that have recently SOLD. NOT the listed prices.

Zillow has always been lower in my experience, but that is in crazy San Jose where a dog house is 500k.
