I got the brakes on finally. They have been sitting in boxes for 2 months and now I'm gonna have to worry about face prints on my windshield lol

I was taking the car for a spin after plugging the sound tube and spotted a red twin with no plate on Maple rd. in Ann Arbor. I passed, flashed the hazards and we "enjoyed" the next three traffic circles together before I went on my way. Congrats to the new owner, whomever you are.

HAHAH that would be me.

I literally logged on just to ask the same thing. I've have the car for 6 weeks and just waiting for my plate to show up. I certainly enjoyed "missing" the M14 east ramp.

How I have missed the backroads in that area...

This was starting to feel like a missed connections post as I kept checking back here to see if there was a reply. How are you liking it so far? It's a nice color for the car--I wouldn't have chosen dark grey, but it was the only model available at the time and I needed a car. Yeah, I've been in the minority of individuals who have been thrilled with the installation of those traffic circles

I love this car, even though I don't get to drive it all the time. I was really set on red because it seems like one of the rarer colors. I really like the grey too- I had not seen one that color on the road yet until I saw yours.

I live right by a roundabout in Rochester- less wait than a signal and ten times the fun. We should set up some kind of Hell drive or something in the fall.

Me and my buddy with the challenger will be out there. We will have the "this car is a lemon" sign on the challenger.

I'll probably regret asking, but what is the story with the Challenger?

The challenger has just had a laundry list of issues with 2 new ecu. New wheel bearings (twice), new seat hardware(3 times) new brakes, its rusting and this is all within the first year of owning it. Srt says that it is normal for one of there cars to be getting fixed at the dealership for 3 months out of the first year. And said "if you don't want it to break don't drive it so much"

Wow, that's terrible customer service.

On a side note, I saw a white BR-Z in Bay City, parked in front of Mulligan's Pub. I think an older guy owned it, because I only saw one couple leave while we were there and it was gone when we left (unless they were just parking there while walking around)

That was me, good meeting a few of you guys at Cars & Coffee on Saturday.

The FR-S is actually a company car for me, as I work at the Tech Center in Saline. I'll try to make it to more of the events to meet you guys.

Bonus CCK Stuff

So the turnout was not great for cars and coffee but there was one really interesting car:

Also, we got to talking to one of the guys working at JD and got a few tips on driving the electric karts. He grabbed the recommended line picture and I thought I'd throw it up here for anyone interested. Apparently my line was appallingly wrong...
